Why not all EVA interventions are imported to Claire?

It can happen that not all interventions come from Claire in Claire. This is due to the fact that the interventions taken from ServiceBox are not automatically scheduled.

Below is a step-by-step description of how interventions from ServiceBox can also be displayed on the EVA planning. Then follow the steps below.

1. Open RO in EVA and click on planning
2. A pop-up will appear. You click here on “interven./classification” and then click on the “OK” button
3. A new pop-up screen appears where you can copy the intervention from invoicing to planning. You can do this by selecting the relevant line and clicking on the arrow in the middle
4. Because the intervention is now shown in the planning, it will also be included in Claire after some time.
