How can I request more information from the technician afterwards?
Has the technician completed his check and if you as a service adviser or check workshop require additional information about an item or do you want the technician to add photos afterwards?
You can easily do this with the INFO button. The INFO button changes the status of the work order and the technician will see this in his tablet as well as in the Claire dashboard.
When he opens this he can see the question from the service adviser and perform an extra cortole where he can answer the question. This can be done exactly as in every another check with text, photo, video, advice points, etc.
